We have one here at Basecamp in Irvine, CA and it's awesome. We love what it does for our players and the fact that it tracks all shots and swishes really is a game changer. The kids love the lights too. Sometimes we turn them off and do just shot tracking, but most of the time they are on at all times now. Love it. Great product!
It watches your body, not just the ball
Pose detection and shot data, read together after every session, so a pattern of misses turns into one thing to change.
Missing Short
Using AI pose detection and shot analysis, the ARENA system indicates that you are not bending your knees enough when you shoot.
Above 50% of your misses are short. Remember to bend those knees!
Missing Left
Using AI pose detection and shot analysis, the ARENA system indicates your guide hand is extending too far out to the left.
Above 50% of your misses are missing to the left. Try keeping that elbow at a 45 degree angle and low, not too high.
Missing Right
Using AI pose detection and shot analysis, the ARENA system indicates your guide hand is extending too inside the ball and above 50% of your misses are missing to the right.
Try keeping that elbow nice and straight when you shoot and not too far inward or outward.
Missing Left and Right
Using AI pose detection and shot analysis, the ARENA system indicates your palm is dictating too much of your shot.
You should try to have the ball come off your index and middle finger every time. Try to control the ball when you release with those two fingers.
Shooting Suggestion
Using AI pose detection and shot analysis, the ARENA system indicates you are not balanced when you release. You are fading away or to the side, which is why your misses are inconsistent.
Try being a balanced shooter always. Where you jump straight up and down, fully in balance.
