Your huupe ARENA In-Ground Basketball Hoop ships within 7–14 days of your order.
The huupe Smart Sensor — our technology that brings the hoop to life — will ship separately 8–16 weeks after your full size basketball hoop arrives.
We prioritize getting your hoop installed first so you can start playing right away. The tech comes after.
Confirm & Track Your Order
Congratulations on your new huupe ARENA system. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly containing your order details and shipment tracking information.
Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks, though occasional carrier or freight delays may occur outside of our control.
Schedule Your Delivery
Once your order is in transit, please look out for an email to coordinate a delivery date and time that works best for you.
If you plan to use a professional installer, this is a great time to schedule installation as well.

Find Local Installers
huupe does not directly provide installation services. Installation is coordinated separately between customers and local basketball hoop installers to work around on your schedule.
Prepare Your Delivery Space
huupe ARENA in-ground basketball systems are large and heavy, with shipping pallets weighing up to 900 lbs. We recommend clearing sufficient space ahead of delivery to ensure a smooth drop-off process.
Please note: residential deliveries are curbside delivery only. So please be ready to pick the right spot for the driver to drop it off.
Inspect Your Shipment
Upon arrival, please verify that the box isn't severely damaged. All parts of the basketball hoop itself should come inside one wooden box.

Minor cosmetic wear to the packaging, such as dents or small tears, can occasionally occur during transit and typically does not affect the product itself. huupe systems are packaged to withstand normal freight handling conditions.
Sign & Accept Delivery
Your delivery driver will request a signature to complete the delivery.
Before signing, please inspect the shipment for any visible damage. If damage is present, be sure to:
- Note the specific damage on the delivery receipt
- Take clear photos of the packaging and affected areas
If any items arrive damaged, please still accept the delivery and contact our support team immediately. Include photos in your email, and we will prioritize replacement parts as quickly as possible.
